Dear Dr. Boschert,
I would like to take a moment, now that several months have passed and all is well, to specifically communicate to you the areas in which I feel you have gone above and beyond the call of duty. In my opinion, it's the "extra mile" that deserves gratitude! I have not written sooner due to the fact that I wanted this to be well thought out and not just excitement over a successful surgical procedure. Although, needless to say, I am thrilled with my surgical result as well!
First, I appreciate the fact that your office provides a free consultation. This helped my decision because I didn't feel forced into choosing you just to recoup a consultation fee. I feel that my decision was based solely on my confidence in your skill and not colored by money spent on a fee.
Second, I appreciate the time you spent with me during my pre-op appointment. You fully detailed what I could expect and completely answered my questions and concerns without ever making me feel rushed. I left that appointment with such a feeling of confidence that I had absolutely no anxiety or nervousness up to and including the day of surgery!
Third, I appreciate all the extras that you include at no additional charge. Being a watchful consumer I am well aware of the value of the extended warranty on the implants, the box of Arnica, and the surgical bra and strap. Honestly, at first I thought this was common, but as I have talked with more people I have discovered that this is yet another area in which you go above and beyond. Knowing what I paid as opposed to what others have paid elsewhere, I also know you didn't hide the costs by up-charging. This speaks volumes for the integrity of your practice.
Fourth, I appreciate your personality and sense of humor!! I always feel completely at ease during my visits, you are so down to earth and fun to talk to. Oh, and I always feel remembered, you must keep excellent notes in your chart and I truly am impressed by that!
Last and certainly not least, I appreciate your awesome staff. I have mostly dealt with Michelle and Anne, who are both exceptionally competent and personable. Any time that I have needed a question answered each person I have spoken with has been extremely helpful. Your office is full of knowledgeable and wonderful people.
In conclusion, I have decided that as long as I can justify the luxury of the services Renaissance has to offer, I will be a client. Whatever is in my power to change I will change, and whatever is not in my power to change you all can change for me! Thank you for your commitment to excellence!!
