You run a very efficient office. Your office manager Becky, is a treasure! She explained all financial aspects to me and took time for my questions. Maureen, your nurse, explained all the procedures to make sure I understood them. She was always patient and nice. The written information I received helped me immensely, letting me know what exactly to expect. Angela, one of your staff, made me feel comfortable that time she saw me. And last of all, Vicky, your exception is, was good with my appointments. I really appreciated the e-mails and text messages to remind me of my appointments.
