I want to thank Dr. Kayser for the procedure he did for me in April this year. I asked my family physician about having a breast reduction and had gone to a general surgeon who was recommended to me but I just did not feel right even after I went for a second visit. Then my close friend showed me an article from the paper with Dr. Kayser discussing breast reduction using the new SPAIR technique where the scaring is 50% less than the traditional anchor technique. I met with Dr. Kayser. He was very thorough and I felt confident after our visit. I met with Dr. Kayser a few times before surgery and I was more sure with each visit.
