This is a note I intended to write some time ago. As I was cleaning out some files I came across some medical records, that reminded me of my earlier intentions.
In 2001, our daughter Katie had breast reduction surgery. Your medical care, expertise, and attentive staff made this a life altering procedure for Katie. She has always been very active, and now she can participate in all the activities she loves. The back pain is gone. The shoulder pain is gone. She enjoys clothes shopping again. Prom dress shopping was always a tearful event as she found it difficult to find a dress that fit her over-sized breasts and size 8 body. Last week she shopped for a bridal gown and it was so much fun. Thanks too to the nurse who told us if the insurance company denied the preauth, not to give up! We thank you for your care.
