Daniel P. Markmann, M.D. is a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon. He is certified by The American Board of Plastic Surgery. Dr. Markmann is extensively trained in, and practices, the art of plastic surgery. Plastic surgery is very different from any other field of medicine or surgery. It requires a thorough knowledge of anatomy and physiology as well as an understanding of the three dimensionality of body proportions and an eye for beauty. These prerequisites along with talent, experience and a drive for perfection all come together to result in the Metamorphosis-An all together make-over, rejuvenation or artistic enhancement to help make you look the way you feel inside - helping to give you the facial or body features that many others were given naturally.

Plastic surgery has advanced tremendously over the past 1 to 2 decades. Results are much improved, more natural and safer to obtain. Dr. Markmann's practice is conducted in a more old fashion, personal style. We will take the time to get to know you. Dr. Markmann's consultation with you will not be rushed. He spends an average of one hour on each new consultation to understand what your goals are, explain to you the different procedure options and to answer ALL of your questions. Ever since I gave birth to my daughter, 8 years ago, I was never happy with my lower abdomen. It didn't matter how many sit-ups I did, I never again had the flat stomach I was once used to.
