Breast Augmentation by Shahram Salemy, MD, FACS
Details:This woman was interested in restoring the shape and size of her breasts after having had children. I performed a breast augmentation utilizing cohesive gel silicone implants and placed them through an incison at the bottom of the areola. This procedure has given her a very nice, full breast augmentation, but still in balance with her tall atheletic frame, as seen in the postop photos taken 2 months after her procedure.
