Patient Age: 23 Details:This female patient presented with bilateral prominent ears. Before surgery, her ears protruded from her head, the left ear more than the right ear, and the ear folds were under-developed. These conditions are visible in the front and back views. After surgery, her ears lie closer to her head, are symmetrical, and have improved shape. The after photographs were taken 2 months after her surgery.
