This 37 year old, 5' 2", 130 pound female patient presented with microgenia (small chin) with localized fat deposits of the chin and neck (submental) area. Dr. Zevon inserted a chin implant (McGhan small extended chin prosthesis) and performed liposuction of the chin and neck (submental liposuction.) After surgery, her upper and lower face are more balanced, and her chin and neckline are perfectly sculpted.
