Tubular breast implant performed by Mary Lee Peters, MD: Suzanne is a 24 year old barista. She never liked the shape of her breasts because they were long and narrow, tubular in shape and smaller than she wanted. Correction of the tubular shape was done through a periareolar mastopexy (mini lift). The silicone implant is placed in a dual plane, meaning under the muscle in the upper pole and under the breast gland in the lower portion. Her photo is at two months post op.
