Patient Age: 31 Post-Op Cup Size: D Details:This patient is a 31 year-old woman who requested that her breasts be enlarged to a full D cup size with no incisions on her breasts. She underwent augmentation using a transaxillary incision with endoscopic assistance. Saline implants filled to 425 cc that were were placed beneath the pectoral muscle.
