This patient is a 25 year-old woman who presented for breast enhancement following pregnancy. She preferred to avoid incisions on her breasts if possible. She wanted to have a subtle contour of the upper pole of her breasts following the procedure. She underwent endoscopic transaxillary breast augmentation using saline implants filled to 330 cc that were placed beneath the pectoral muscle.
