This woman who wished to improve her breasts after having two children. She was offered the option of a breast augmentation alone, or augmentation in conjunction with a mastopexy, given the relaxed shape of her breasts. She chose to undergo augmentation alone, and implants placed through an inframammary incision into the subpectoral plane. Photos were taken 4 months after her surgery.
