We are now equipped with the new Quadra Q4 system by Dermamed USA, Inc. The Quadra Q4 is an Intense Pulse Light System that is similar to a laser, but has the advantage of generating light with multiple wavelengths, as opposed to a true laser, which has the capacity of producing only a single designated wavelength. The Quadra Q4 has the versatility to treat a variety of conditions such as age spots, spider veins, photodamage of the skin, and hair removal. One of the most attractive features of the Quadra Q4 is there is no down time for the patient.
Our office is also offering Restylane, an exciting new filling agent for treatment of facial wrinkles. The advantage of Restylane over Collagen is there is no skin testing and it lasts six months or longer.
We are adding a certified esthetician to our practice. She is an expert in evaluation of skin types and the recommendation of various skin products for the treatment and maintenance of a number of conditions, including adult acne.
