About the Doctor
Throughout the span of his 27-year career, board-certified plastic surgeon William J. Vasileff, M.D., has achieved a reputation among his patients and peers as a physician whose extensive training and experience in both cosmetic and reconstructive procedures has transformed the way his patients feel about inner and outer beauty.
A lifelong area resident, Dr. Vasileff's journey in the medical field began in 1974 when he graduated from the University of Michigan Medical School. During the next five years, Dr. Vasileff completed his surgical training at Northwestern University Medical School in Chicago where he specialized in both General and Ear, Nose and Throat Surgery. After successfully completing his residency in Plastic Surgery at the Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, Ohio, Dr. Vasileff moved to Philadelphia to undergo a Fellowship in Craniofacial Surgery at the University of Pennsylvania Medical School.
His specialized and well-rounded training, coupled with a caring nature and expert knowledge, has made Dr. Vasileff a favorite referral of fellow physicians and nurses in the community.
An active member of the American Medical Association, as well as the Michigan and Oakland County Medical Societies, Dr. Vasileff also lectures in the community on various topics relating to plastic surgery.
