About the Surgeon
Steven L Ringler MD, FACS has been practicing plastic surgery in Grand Rapids, Michigan since 1983.
Dr. Ringler is well recognized locally, nationally and internationally as a prominent plastic surgeon. Having extensive training and experience in plastic and reconstructive surgery, Dr. Ringler's practice is now exclusively dedicated to all areas of cosmetic surgery with particular expertise in
• Facial rejuvenation surgery - including short incision face lifts (MACS lift)
• Cosmetic breast surgery - including scarless breast augmentation with saline implants
• Body contouring - including laser liposuction, water assisted liposuction, non-surgical fat freezing, and abdominoplasty (tummy-tuck)
• Hair restoration with micrografting for men and women.
In addition to his practice, Dr. Ringler is a Clinical Professor of Surgery at Michigan State University. He is the former director of the Plastic Surgery Residency Program of the Grand Rapids Medical Education and Research Center/MSU.

Under Dr. Ringler's leadership, the Michigan Chapter of Operation Smile has provided free surgical care for more than one thousand children over the past fifteen years.
