About the Surgeon
My philosophy as a surgeon is to provide the best possible care that I and my staff can give. This started with my medical training at the University of California where I was voted into the Medical Honor Society as a junior. My surgical residency was done at the University of Michigan where I trained both in General Surgery (board certified 1984), Plastic Surgery (board certified 1988), and a Craniofacial Fellowship completed in 1987. I have been in private practice on the Central Coast of California since 1988 and I have 18 years of surgical experience.
Surgeries are provided at our state-of-the-art Surgery Center which is licensed by the State of California and Federal government, meeting all the life safety codes of a free standing Surgery Center conveniently located next to a full service Hospital in beautiful San Luis Obispo.
