About the Surgeon

Dr. Cooper is a board-certified in both Plastic Surgery and General Surgery. He is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons. Dr. Cooper has a broad spectrum of interests within the specialty of plastic and reconstructive surgery. He particularly enjoys aesthetic facial and breast surgery, as well as facial reconstruction after skin cancer and body contouring after massive weight loss.
