About the Surgeon
Dr. Jim Namnoum performs Atlanta cosmetic surgery of the breasts, body, and face. As Co- Director of the internationally acclaimed Atlanta Breast Symposium, Dr. Namnoum devotes much of his expertise to the advancement of cosmetic and reconstructive surgery procedures of the breast including TRAM flap breast reconstruction, fat grafting for breast reconstruction, breast augmentation with an implant, breast reduction, and breast lift.
He has lectured throughout the country and internationally on topics covering the full gamut of cosmetic and reconstructive procedures of the breasts and body. Because Dr. Namnoum is among the first in the nation to have access to these advancements, his patients are among the first to benefit from the cutting edge technology.
In addition to cosmetic and reconstructive breast surgeries, Dr. Namnoum also performs revisionary breast surgery to mange any implant-related complications from previous breast procedures including synmastia, malposition, and mastopexy using short, cosmetically hidden scars. As his experience with breast procedures demonstrates, Dr. Namnoum is skilled in performing soft tissue surgical procedures. His wide experience in body contouring includes abdominoplasty, trunk lift, buttock enhancement with fat transfer, buttock lift, and liposuction. He utilizes the latest innovative techniques in facial aesthetic surgery, including endoscopic brow lift, midface rejuvenation, face and neck lift, and TCA chemical peels.
Dr. Namnoum is also the Medical Director of the AYA Medical Spa where he uses cosmetic skin treatments to address the aging changes of the skin. Dr. Namnoum performs many minimally invasive adjunctive cosmetic procedures such as fat transfer to the face and lips, BOTOX®, Restylane®, Juvederm®, and Sculptra® Aesthetic for facial lines and wrinkles.

A graduate of the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine, Dr. Namnoum completed General Surgery and Plastic Surgery at Johns Hopkins Hospital, followed by a Fellowship in breast surgery with Carl Hartrampf, M.D., a pioneer in breast reconstruction. Additionally, Dr. Namnoum is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, the American Association of Plastic Surgeons, the Southeastern Society of Plastic Surgery, the Georgia Society of Plastic Surgery, the Medical Association of Atlanta, and the Medical Association of Georgia. Dr. Namnoum also serves as an Assistant Clinical Professor of Emory University.
