About the Surgeon
Jack Quigley, M.D. has practiced Plastic Surgery in Flagstaff since 1991. He is Board-Certified in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, with additional certification in Hand Surgery.
Dr. Quigley received his undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois and earned his medical degree from the Southern Illinois School of Medicine. He completed his General Surgery residency at the Western Reserve Care System in Youngstown, Ohio and his residency in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the Medical College of Ohio in Toledo. He has been a trauma surgeon in Rockford, Illinois and he completed a fellowship in Hand Surgery at the Medical College of Ohio and the Cleveland Clinic. He has served both as Chief of Surgery and as Chief of the Medical Staff at Flagstaff Medical Center.
Dr. Quigley coaches and referees youth soccer and he enjoys scuba diving and a variety of other sports and outdoor activities in his spare time.

Founded in beautiful Flagstaff, Arizona, Plastic Surgeons of Northern Arizona has provided world-class cosmetic, reconstructive and hand surgery to northern Arizona and the nation at large for the past twenty years. Board-Certified plastic surgeons Stephen F. Lex and Jack Quigley founded Plastic Surgeons of Northern Arizona with the mission of offering state-of-the-art surgical care to residents of the entire northern Arizona region. In pursuit of this mission, the doctors provide cosmetic, reconstructive and hand surgery consultations and treatments not only in their primary location in Flagstaff, but also at satellite offices in Sedona, Cottonwood, Village of Oak Creek, Prescott, Page, Kingman, Payson and Lakeside.
Consultation appointments for any of our nine northern Arizona locations can be made by calling our Flagstaff office. Our usual office hours are 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. For our cosmetic patients, evening hours are offered on a regular basis in our Flagstaff office.

Northern Arizona SurgiCenter (NASC) is staffed by a group of very competent, skilled and dedicated registered nurses, surgical technicians, office staff and receptionists. Since opening in March of 1996, NASC has earned a reputation, in the medical community and among past patients and their families, for delivering high quality care with the utmost regard for the comfort and the feelings of the patient and the patient's family. All of our nurses have years of experience in a surgical setting and their confidence and competence are reassuring to our patients. Their compassionate care, delivered with an upbeat approach and lots of smiles, reduces patient anxieties prior to surgery and contributes significantly to positive patient outcomes.
