Dr. Newall is recognized as one of Houston's leading plastic surgeons. He is board certified by the prestigious American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS) which, because of their high standards, is one of the most rigorous of boards to be accepted as a surgeon. Dr. Newall has refined his technique in liposculpture, abdominal etching, and high volume liposuction by utilizing smaller mini canulas to address specific problem areas and sculpt them in a more proportional and aesthetic way.
