Dr. Agullo certified in General Surgery at Texas Tech University in El Paso, TX. He did his residency in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. He has authored multiple peer reviewed publications, book chapters, and has given multiple presentations in national and international settings in the areas of cosmetic and reconstructive surgery.
