About the Doctor
Dr. Downey graduated from the University of Washington Medical Center, one of the top medical schools in the country. He is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgeons and a fellow in the American College of Surgeons, which indicates that he has met the highest level of requirements for practicing plastic and reconstructive surgery.
Dr. Downey also consistently ranks as one of the Pacific Northwest’s top doctors by Seattle Magazine and was nominated by his peers as the Outstanding Plastic Surgeon in Puget Sound Consumer’s Checkbook.
During his 16 years of practice experience, Dr. Downey has come to understand the physical and emotional issues people face when considering plastic surgery.
