A diplomate of the American Board of Plastic Surgery, Dr. Spenler has practiced in the South Bay area for over 20 years and has been board certified in General Surgery, Emergency Medicine and Plastic Surgery. He is a member of the American Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons, the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, the California Society of Plastic Surgeons, and the American Burn Association.

Dr. Spenler was the Medical Director of the Torrance Memorial Medical Center Burn Center for five years. He has been an attending in the Plastic Surgery Department at University of Southern California for seven years.

Dr. Spenler specializes in ultrasonic liposuction, breast surgery and endoscopic minimally invasive Plastic Surgery procedures. He utilizes the non-surgical minimally invasive tools for facial rejuvenation. These tools include use of OBAGI Nuderm, OBAGI Blue Peels, VasuLight-IPL Laser, Cynosure Laser, Restylane® and BOTOX®.
