About the Doctor
Dr. Slade and his staff want you to make an informed decision about cosmetic surgery. We will work to guide you from consultation through surgery in comfort and safety. Dr. Slade operates at the Surgery Center of Volusia, a new fully equipped state-of-the-art facility in Port Orange. He can also arrange a private facility for overnight care by a Register Nurse. Overnight stays are also available at either Halifax or Florida hospitals where he is an accredited staff member.
