About the Surgeon
Dr. Gawley is a board certified, Scottsdale plastic surgeon offering a full spectrum of aesthetic and reconstructive plastic surgery services. He specializes in aesthetic surgery of the breast, body and face. He was named one of Phoenix top docs 2008 by Phoenix Magazine. He completed a 5 year accredited plastic surgery residency at the University of Texas Galveston. He is currently the Chief of Plastic Surgery at the Scottsdale Shea Hospital.
During his training in Texas, he took a particular interest in aesthetic and reconstructive breast surgery. He is expert in all aspects of cosmetic and reconstructive breast surgery, and a large portion of his practice is dedicated to breast augmentation (saline and silicone), breast lift, and breast reduction. Dr. Gawley prides himself on his ability to successfully help many patients with difficult breast problems or those in need of revisional surgery.
Dr. Gawley is also an expert in endoscopic aesthetic surgery. With the use of small camera and tiny, hidden incisions Dr. Gawley, performs procedures such as endoscopic transaxillary breast augmentation, endoscopic browlifting, and endoscopic face/midface suspension. With this approach, most patients experience less bruising/swelling and a much quicker recovery.
